I guess if someone changes his/her behavior fully and start contributing good stuff to the forum then most DT members who're still active on the forum will change their reg tags to neutral and that won't impact a user's experience at all.

There's chance that some of the DT members might remove the feedback that they have left when they see the good and contributing behavior of that member.

How many similar cases do you know? Most often, the one who leaves a negative tag and later removes it has some personal misunderstandings with the user, but if the number of tags is more than one, it is not worth hoping that all DTs will make the same decision.
But I have another example, when a person who has a tag from a manager that he is bad enough for the company of this manager blindly goes to his company, applying. And then the question will be, will the manager look through his posts, or will he just pass by since he has a large choice? Smiley
