Yes, now there are many projects like this, and most of them have the same method of work, only the games aredifferent , but they have the same principles the sam method of promotion. The question is whether society really benefits from them? The majority of these projects are scams and are criticized by their participants.
And as we see, the big beneficiary is the work team or the owners of the project and some other people for several different factors
Projects that don't require you to make on-chain transactions and give them money can't be considered scams unless they don't give anything to their participants, however, nowadays, new projects are coming out that have the requirement for their participants to make at least a 0.5 TON on-chain transaction before they become eligible for an airdrop that they spend so much time and efforts on, I mean, that doesn't make any sense at all.

I have heard about projects such as X Empire, Rocky Rabbit, and many more are asking their users to make an in-game transaction before they become eligible. They are basically earning money from their participants to give them tokens that they generate for free, on top of that, they are getting free promotion from all their participants who are promoting their project day and night.

We should stay away from such projects.
It would really be that hard to trust up with that kind of system on which making some onchain transactions on which you would really be needing up to spend up for some gas fee. I have experienced several projects that turned out to be pending or up to now they havent that TGE on which it do really sucks because you have spend out something which you dont even know if they would really be able to launch or not. This is why you cant be able to blame out others on which they would really be skeptical on dealing up with projects even on how good it do looks.
