I think the last miner without a PSU they ever made was around 2018, starting from med-end 2018 when the S11 came out all miners come with built-in (speacial) PSU, that was a huge advancement in the mining industry, getting rid of the standard 12V 6pin cable PSUs allowed miners to utilize more than double the power.

While you can replace or take away the PSU, the general understanding is that all miners now come with PSUs, to the point where nobody ever asked me if the miners I sold had one.
