You have good points and considerations about Bitcoin, no doubt, it has helped in the world of late and will continue to do so but it has its limit which we should respect. One key factor here is that Bitcoin encourages decentralisation which the government will not like because they can't control it, and another thing is that it aids privacy and anonymity, tough transactions can be traced but I tell you, it's not all of them that will be able to be traced, especially if they are not so huge.

The transactions can't be tracked effectively for the country's economy (plus or minus) so it can never be transparent unless people are forced to use only centralised systems to address the issue, which is impossible because Bitcoin itself preaches decentralisation and not otherwise.
