Bitcoin has the potential to reshape global payments by offering faster, borderless transactions with lower fees compared to traditional banking systems. As more businesses and countries like El Salvador adopt Bitcoin, its role in international payments could grow.
Gone are the days when we are encouraged to introduce bitcoin to people we don't know but within our reach because we wanted bitcoin to grow. Bitcoin have grown to an extent that it's speaking for itself due to the potential it has. The advice currently is don't let anyone know that you have bitcoin because bitcoin you might get robbed.
However challenges such as regulatory uncertainty, volatility, and scalability need to be addressed. While it's not yet ready to fully replace traditional currencies,
That's not the problem to be addressed, my own problem is about Rune and more garbages that will be created in future using bitcoin network leading to high transaction fee. Bitcoin dev should look for a way to see how those garbages will not use bitcoin blockchain in future.
Bitcoin could become a viable option for cross-border payments and financial inclusion in the future.
We are already in the future because majority of us here uses bitcoin for cross border payment because it is easy and faster.

Due to the value of bitcoin increasing overtime, a lot of people currently are seeing bitcoin more of an investment rather than an alternative payment to fiat and that was not the purpose why Bitcoin was created. Majority of people now don't care about the privacy that bitcoin gives by using it in a centralized way instead of a decentralized way, giving the government more power over their privacy.
