Both are very important and it depends on the individual who will do which.
If one knows well about Bitcoin and is informed about the proper knowledge of investing then he should invest on Bitcoin.
If one has more knowledge and experience in real estate then he should spend his time in real estate business.
But you should never run two businesses at the same time because it is not possible to handle two businesses alone.
Why not invest in both if you can afford it? "Don't put all your eggs in one basket" I think you are familiar with this saying because any investment has risks and diversification is always considered as the solution to help us minimize risks.
I guess a lot of people here are just focused on investing in bitcoin because most of us don't have much capital and want to grow our assets quickly, including me. But for those with large and significant capital, I think diversification is necessary and mandatory because everything has risks and anything can happen.
