You just spoke like the newbie that you are comparing this forum to telegram in terms of bounty relevance, but Note that Bitcointalk is bigger than telegram in everything, because this is a discussion forum and members here are made up of individuals with high knowledge about crypto projects, and even most of the project that comes onboard in the past have also engage telegram in their bounties one way or the other.

What is happening at telegram with all those tap to earn bounty hunters, is just a wave and a trends, and this current trend was triggered by the success of memecoins such as Notcoins and the rest few that actually rewarded their player's.

But this can not be a continueed guarantee means of airdrop and bounties since on the long run, this current wave will all pass away just like every other hype's in the past that came ran and  gone.
