When you are being scammed, it is not possible to recover your asset. But if the scammer do not transfer your money in any centralized exchange (CEX), you can track the scammers. Obviously you have to find out the professionals to do that. There are a lot of service agencies you have to just reach to them.

But if the scammers transfer your money in CEX, then you can just ask the CEX's authority to help you. In the most cases, CEX are not willing to share the information unless any law authority ask.
