Meanwhile, investing in bitcoin is easier because we can start with any capital we have.
In OP's case, with a capital of 2k5$, I don't think he can invest in real estate with such a small capital. I don't know what OP's investment taste is but based on the amount of capital he has, investing in real estate is out of the question and I don't think he has any better options than bitcoin.
