I have no issue removing my support, but I do think that you might consider a neutral for reference on this topic and if he repeats his offense change it to red and be done with it.
Totally your decision on whether to leave the neutral or not to, but I would want some sort of reference and Jamyr to feel like he is being held accountable for the offense and know that he cannot screw up his chance.
