This is clearly not a relevant comparison for me personally. Burnley is a promoted team filled with ordinary players, while the competition in the Premier League is very tight with tough opponents. But we also put aside something, the fact that Vincent Kompany was able to bring Burnley to the Premier League even though he failed to maintain it to stay. Maybe we can say that that was his only achievement in being able to bring Burnley from the first division to the Premier League even though he failed. Previously I was sure that Bayern did not plan to target Kompany, it was just that every coach they targeted was reluctant to handle Bayern Munich. In the end, as we see Kompany is currently handling Bayern and has performed quite impressively for his team. I am sure Bayern will remain at the top of the standings in the long term. I mean, for the next few weeks or even more than that.

In conclusion, every top team before bringing in a coach must have been considered beforehand. So whatever achievements a coach has but a top team chooses him, there must be something that has been believed before without us knowing even though the fans did not agree at first. However, it is proven from Munich who brought in Kompany who was initially doubted but has now succeeded in bringing Munich to get a very good early season achievement. We no longer need to compare past results but we must look towards the future.
Well, The appointment of a new coach by big clubs itself is a complex process where a lots of concern is given to this new coach and his potential and previous form in handling the new team. Every decision is not only made based on prior outcomes, but also on such things as basic objectives and relevance for the whole club. The fans, of course, may well remain unconvinced at first, but there are ways that have been planned at the managerial level.

Looking at many cases which involve such coaches with more focus being placed on the dismissals, those coaches who were just discredited were able to change the direction of the team which simply shows that the move was right. The football must always change constantly to be successful and it requires nerve to bring new people because they are most likely to impact these changes. This in turn puts pressure on the need to make provision for growth, and the primacy of development of the club and might entail the denial of the outcomes of the initial valuations.
