Having a USA president that is fine with crypto will happen no matter who gets elected. Kamala has never been anti-crypto, sure maybe she hasn't been as outspoken about it as Trump has been and that is understandable, but she also never came out and said like she will ban it or something, she is a judge and she just wants laws to be followed even if it's a crypto company and that is understandable without a doubt.

I think it's true that we are going to end up with Kamala becoming the president because she is doing campaigning much better right now, Trump looks like he doesn't even want to win, he isn't trying that hard. Which goes to show that Kamala being positive on crypto is something we direly needed. It is not the people that should be worried, it's the companies in crypto world that should be worried, she and all the government agencies will be chasing after the crypto companies who are not following the law, and I bet that there are many of them out there.

I think this is very well said.  Trump is pushing his touting of bitcoin and cryptocurrency very hard right now (even though he has absolutely no idea what any of it is or how any of it works) so it's really just about pandering for votes.  As you've mentioned, sort of like gun laws, Kamala isn't going to try and ban guns, just like shes not going to try and ban bitcoin, she's just going to make sure that both are well regulated, which I see nothing wrong with.

I think Trump's know what Bitcoin is, it has been in his mouth since he has been elected in the office the first time, maybe he was just not giving it any thoughts or whatsoever. He even had nominated a SEC chairman that time that is hard on crypto if I'm mistaken.

But 6+ years, he now thinks that Bitcoin support is very critical on his candidacy, that's why he is talking at it again but this time in a very positive way. Even had his first Bitcoin transaction to gather the votes of pro-Bitcoin in the US on his side.
