Why would you even try to be reasonable and try to explain that public education in many cases in the only option people in both developed and developing countries have? If you take a look at the history of participations of OP, you would realize he is biased against both schools and universities because some strange reason I am yet to fully understand. (They have failed to "apologize" to him, for whatever reason.
Here we are dealing with someone who was supposed to get medical attention and take care of their mental healthcare a long time ago, and yet just comes around this forum to rant about problems he does not even know to make clear in the first place.
