The formation used by Getafe was really effective enough to stop Barcelona's attacks which were continuously bombarding Getafe's defense. There were even one or two moments where Getafe was able to make a pretty good counter-attack and almost made Barcelona's defense falter. Getafe could even score a goal in that match if they really had a better striker. Getafe lost the match. But they earned my respect for their defensive toughness.
Barcelona has once again proven that they are still unstoppable at this point. And I think that in the next 3 weeks Barcelona will continue to win matches in Laliga. And maybe the tough test for Barcelona will begin when they face Real Madrid in week 11.
Despite Getafe's defeat, it must be admitted that they played quite well in this match, especially their defense.
And I also saw from another side that Barcelona was not so insistent in this match, especially after they were 1 goal ahead in the 19th minute through a goal scored by Lewandowski and they also thought that was enough to get 3 points.
For Barcelona, whatever happens, the most important thing is that they can win and maintain the stability of their team and they continue to do that in this match.
Barcelona is still able to maintain their dominance in La Liga at the moment, the additional 3 points they got from Getafe further make their position safe in the La Liga standings with 21 points and can still maintain a distance of 4 points from Madrid in the second position, previously many of us thought Getafe would be an easy opponent for Barcelona considering the performance of the two teams who are currently much different in La Liga, But instead they had to struggle to beat Getafe in the match, Barcelona immediately took the initiative to attack when the match started and the goal created by Lewandowski in the 19th minute became the only goal that determined Barcelona's victory over Getafe, although they were able to dominate Getafe but barcelona poor finishing and also the solid defense of Getafe was able to force Barcelona to win with a narrow score in the match, Although Barcelona failed to show the greatness and sharpness of their attacking line but at least 3 points could still be theirs in the match.
