https://coinb.in/ is a tool for bitcoin and not litecoin.

i have both pvt key and public key of the P2WPKH-nested-in-P2SH wallet...
Use Unstoppable wallet for it. Select BIP49. But the wallet has synching issue for litecoin. It was not a good experience for me when I used it with litecoin. Or just look for other litecoin wallet that support BIP49.
