I am highly sceptical when it comes to many things that people are posting in the forum (as well as their motives or reasons for posting) but there are some signs that usually follow a pattern. Though there is no obligation on you to take an interest in a thread that you created of your own volition, your regular participation does demonstrate eagerness and sincerity.

That pattern involves creating threads with headline OPs that are designed with the intention of trying to get merits. Something on the lines of:

Some myths bitcoin has defeated.
Using AI to Our advantage in the forum.
And of course the latest effort you have contributed: Spam: What is it, what to do.

Since you are the author of the threads listed above, I am not stating that you are either an alt-account or part of an account farming business but because in my opinion the overwhelming sentiment of the posts you make are constructed in a way that you probably feel would get merits, it does make suspect there is more going on here than just a newbie to Bitcoin and this forum getting to know how to navigate.
