Actually, there is nothing wrong about seeking for professional health within the field of mental healthcare, doctor. There are millions of people who struggle with problems and they have found help, counseling and many of them are prescribed drugs which actually help them to feel stable and normal.

Besides, you talk a lot about how universities have do wrong to you and how they refuse to apologize to you, but you won't explain what get you to see them under such a dark light. Was it because you got fired from and university and you assume it was unfair?

As an intelligent person you are, you know not all universities are the same, specially if we are talking of cultures apart from one another.
