It would be very risky if they brought back the previous coach who was also considered a failure in handling Manchester United. If they fired Erik Ten Hag, they should bring in a coach with a younger name or who has never been associated with Manchester United. If they want to take the risk, then they can bring in a young coach to be their coach. Now I think many teams are doing that and some of them are successful. But I think management is one of the parties that must be able to introspect themselves with what they feel now. Because when they do not manage the team well, then changing the coach is not the best solution because the problem is still within the team.
In conclusion, Man United may indeed need a new coach to try to get a positive impact. But all of that must be done carefully and of course getting an experienced coach is the main target. And most importantly, Man United can get a coach who is able to manage the team very well, for example Zidane. But unfortunately that will never happen because MU management will definitely not agree to Zidane request.
