Basically it's the same things, they are web view browser. But only with the telegram in the apps (example like Mematask, while you have browser inside their apps).
Although it works the same but it is slightly different especially how it looks like especially we are used to play on desktop than mobile.
For gamblers who play more on mobile phone, telegram based casino will not be a big deal but for those who gamble on desktop most of the time then it is a big deal.
So it is all about preferences and I myself will be happy to see telegram based casino also provide its desktop/web version.
