Despite the fact that Athletico would be playing at home, it is still no guarantee that they would be better than Real Madrid when they clash, besides Real Madrid still remains the defending champions both in the champions league and in the La Liga and are looking forward to retaining their titles this season and wouldn't want to drop points so soon at least not to any of the potential contenders in the league. so for me, I think Real Madrid are going to take home all 3 points.
