A balanced diet is very important for health. Eat less and stay away from diseases. The main cause of disease is food. Eating untimely and hastily leads to ill health. Elders say that eating less, talking less and sleeping less are signs of wisdom. And for good health it is important to follow the principles of health.Daily walk and exercise are also important for health. Avoid unnecessary burdens. And rest is also necessary for proper times. Because if there is life, then there is world.
