No, they are not!
It's a pretty tight match and even if the odds were in their favor you couldn't call them favorite, just more appealing but no way in this you can just pick one and say no problem they will win. It's true that Real is without Mbappe but so is Ateltico missing a key defender in Azpilicueta if I got his name right!
Besides it's one of those derbies where every team gives it all, we just saw a surprise in Milan last week, Real winning this own would be even less of a surprise.
The Derby match between the two Madrid teams will really be an epic game because the both teams are yet to lose match in la Liga even though they are not too consistent due to some draws they played but Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are two derby teams that doesn't allow each other to have an easy win when they meet. I give Real Madrid the odds to win because regardless that they will be without Kylian Mbappe but they deserve to win in order to continue chasing FC Barcelona who is 4 points above them because any more chances of Barcelona topping Real Madrid with more than this 4 points may jeopardize Real Madrid's hope for the title race. Atletico Madrid being without César Azpilicueta will really affect them as a result of his input in the defense area of Atletico Madrid but i assume they will find a replacement for the experienced defender.
