The secret key for 2FA should be 16 characters long (letters and numbers).
You also mentioned Samourai wallet. Do you have your 12-word seed for that wallet? If you do, you can import it to another Bitcoin wallet like Electrum and then sign a message for the bitcoin address used for deposit on freebitco.in.
