Basically it's the same things, they are web view browser. But only with the telegram in the apps (example like Mematask, while you have browser inside their apps).
But you cannot create an Playgram account if you do not have a telegram account. If telegram ban your account for some reason, you are going to lose your casino account as well. You asked for a screenshot, but I don't have any screenshot because none of them shared any screenshot. But, I know at least two of my local forum members who's telegram account was banned even though their account was registered with a original local phone number. I know another pakistani forum member who's account was banned but we was able to unban his account again.
