Bayern has been tested today and they show how strong that they are because they took possession of the ball all through the match. It was juat that they didn't create a good chance of scoring the second goal in order for them to win Leverkusen.
Leverkusen is not an easy side as Xabi Alonso is a good coach who saw how Bayern was out playing his men in the first half, he had to immediately change his game formation from 3-5-2 to 4-4-2 after the first half break in order to lessen the pressure that Bayern was mounting on his players. It was a goalless second half and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen are very two big teams that are in their top notch form now. They really played a very superb game even though one of the teams was trying to outshine the other one before the game got balanced in the second half. The game has really shown who the king of the Bundesliga are and it clearly shows that both teams cannot be easily outmatched for the Bundesliga champions just yet. The league is very much in its early stage and this result have shown that this two teams cannot be easily outshined in this league and they’ll be given us a great time for who to win the Bundesliga title in the end.
Bayern Leverkusen won the title last season but it won’t be easy for them to repeat the same thing this year. Last year, they were able to win the league without losing any match but unfortunately this season even in its early time, they already lost a match and this is something to have a doubts on them winning the league title easily this season. RB Leipzig, Stuttgart and also Borussia Dortmund are also strong competitors for the league title and I expect them to give us a top fight for the league title along side the two teams that played today.
