He isn't going to "take power" again. He was barred from serving as a Binance executive as part of his plea deal.

Yes. The terms say he would never be CEO of Binance again anytime in the future but will remain part of their board /executives given the fact that he's the founder. He might not be the CEO anymore but I think he will have huge says on the decision making processes now that he is back.

He did say he would still in crypto just not as the CEO of Binance. I think he would become more of an angel investor since he said in one of his posts before going to prison that he would be more actively investing in projects in the space.
Well that was a short sentence.
I am not sure what op means by "power", but CZ is smart and he definitely understands that he is under a microscope now. So what ever he ends up doing, he is covering his back from any consequences like this in the future. So i would imagine that he wants to either focus on tech development (which would be fun to see), or that he is moving to funding some projects, like vitalik has done. Because like vitalik, he has enough money already.

If he wants to invest, he most likely do it via some foundation, so that foundation would cover their funding that way. But in overall, i find it positive sign that CZ didn't get more jail time.
