Oh, then allow me to rephrase my previous answer,

"umm... then re-do it?"

There are past cases with other casinos where their players are also required to re-perform KYC. And unless there is something wrong with the previous identification you [or someone else] submitted, the simplest solution is to re-perform it as asked. You've passed it before, you'll pass it again now.

Inconvenient? Maybe, yes, but I think it'll be far easier to resubmit the information than to "raise a complaint", unless your KYC encountered some issue that you deemed unjust. On that case, then yes, it'll probably be better to raise a complaint and get to the root of the situation than keep re-submitting your data.

I just did the first confirmation
Now they asked me to send a screenshot of my wallet with email and IP address
which I sent but they still did not reply
If they ask for advanced approval, I will do it, no problem

I have no complaints, I am sending the necessary documents, just waiting for the email response

How long has it been since you submitted each and every document they requested? If it's still within the time-window, I suggest you to patiently wait. If it took [let's say] more than a week or perhaps even longer, kindly let me know and I'll try to nudge someone on their team to look into the process.

Today is the fifth day. I sent all the information and documents they asked for three times, but I still haven't received an answer
