It seems you've forgotten that Bayern Munich wasn't playing against an average team but the current German champions. Expecting Bayern Munich to easily get a win against Bayer Leverkusen in my own opinion is a disrespect to disrespect to the achievements of Xabi Alonso's men in the last one year.
