The first coin that I first had was bitcoin. Also it is the coin I first trade and hold.
You can consider Bitcoin as a Digital gold but I disagree. Because there are tokenized gold token and digital gold can be used for these tokens.
They are referred not as digital gold because there is nothing called digital gold. The coins that you are referring to are called gold backed stable coins.
Bitcoin can be considered as Blockchain gold, but I would more prefer to consider it as Bitcoin. Bitcoin is Bitcoin and it does not need to be anything else like "digital gold" or "blockchain gold".
This is not about what bitcoin should be called. Bitcoin is not a digital gold but people referred to it as digital gold because gold is the asset in earth with the highest marketcap while bitcoin has the highest marketcap among all cryptocurrencies. But normally, bitcoin is not gold. Not to talk of it to be called digital gold.
