I think the players are so sick of Ten Hag that they would do anything, even lose, to get him fired. Apparently Fernandez just lost his nerve, because the suspension was absolutely stupid, although after the match Ten Hag will probably say that the suspension broke the game, but I think no one takes his words seriously anymore.

What I expected was the opposite, so far there have been no rumours that Erik Ten Hag will be sacked. In fact most likely he still wants to be retained.
