Actually the market could really be just that only have two possible movements on which it is really that going up or down. Come in mind that we do know that this market would be having its cycle on which there would really be bearish and there's bullish on which we do know that bull cycle is something that would gonna happen on each cycle.This is where people will really be that liking to assume out on what are the things that could happen or simply they've been anticipating into something that had already happened in the past. This is why you cant blame out on why people will really be thinking up this way. As for the things you've been saying about political aspect or lets say about fundamentals then it is really that pretty obvious that these sentiments could neither affect or not in overall price sentiment of Bitcoin or crypto as a whole.

There are three positions but I think we can still consider the shifting of the movement a cycle. There are still times that the movement is consistent, so all we gotta do is wait.
There are people that are bias on one side and I think this is mostly the bull run because this is the only time that they can sell for profits. I don't think that they will think of other negative things the moment it occurs and also knowing the fact that the bull run is only short-lived, so they should cherish this moment. I can see that you are unsure if the current politics or talks about it will affect the price of BTC or not, therefore you shouldn't say 'obvious'. The current politics seem to have some stain of BTC, so it definitely has an impact to it. It can be positive or negative. Positive if Trump won but negative if he loses. If you like the old politics, don't worry as I think we still can go back there. And like you said, we still can ignore the current noise.
