Why do you think his departure would be better Binance ? What I see is that someone wanted him to depart , his leaving Binance was forced and not something he wanted . Some do not want Binance to dominate the entire market share of the industry, some people want to overthrow and replace Binance's dominance and take over the market .
I think it's better for Binance and the market as well, because of CZ's huge success there will still be people who are jealous of him and hate him inside and outside Binance and this will cause a lot of problems, you know how these things go.
Also for governments they will keep their eyes on CZ so if he stays in power in Binance it may cause them a lot of problems with governments around the world either because of CZ's strong personality or because of the greed to get a fine from Binance due to real or false accusations.
