Since the start of the 2023/24 season, no player have had more goals involvement in the English Premier League than Cole Palmer. The England attacker have two more than Manchester City's Erling Haaland. Considering the fact that Cole Palmer was deemed surplus to requirements at Manchester City which made them allow him join Chelsea last year's summer, do you think Pep Guardiola and the management of Manchester City is now regretting the decision to allow him go or not? Would he have been this prolific if he had remained at Manchester City?
The move to Chelsea have been a turn around for him and i am sure Manchester City management and Guardiola will be having regrets as to why they sold him to Chelsea. If you ask me i’d say it’s too early to let such a young player with potential go.

He is now the man in Chelsea, he is a gem and all he touches seem to turn to gold, Chelsea are really lucky to have got such a player in their hands and I don’t think he would have been this prolific if he was still at Manchester City because he would still be struggling with playing time. There are lots of options for Guardiola so he would still see Palmer as a substitute player that still needs time to fully develop. Somee players just need enough playing time to prove themselves.
