In the end he put a team that was demotivated back on track. But be careful, the team was there, otherwise they wouldn't have won the championship two years ago.
Clearly both the team and, above all, the president needed to be brought back into line.
Ok I don't respect Antonio Conte, but in any case I have to say that he did a good job.
Conte is professional and has good ability to succeed with his club but he does not control himself well so usually his working relationship with his clubs break after two or three seasons. He is like Jose Mourinho but in Italian version and even he wins Scudetto with Napoli this season, he might have conflict with them and will be sacked next season.
Clubs care about results and titles if possible, they only hire coaches to work for them. When the contract is done or job is not done well as expected, they can end the contract or terminate it, and fire new coaches. Not many people like and respect Jose Mourinho or Antonio Conte because they are not coaches with friendly style like Ancelotti who is in charge of Real Madrid coach position.
