Did you still facing these one ?
Sometimes, 2 scenarios:
1. Waggering is not counted yets.
2. Betting on two side, or betting under 1,5x multiplier
If suddenly you can withdraw without doing anythings, could be there has some delay on waggering counter. Sometimes is happening for my self in some casino, might be same on Dake too.
It's not a big deal.
It was OK after I did some more wager, I dont think it is about wager is not counted yet since I requested my statistic and it tells me that my wager was more than 3x of my deposit which is more than enough.
Unfortunately after I could request a withdraw, it was stuck on "in processing" for more than 6 hours (I guess they do manual withdraw but 7 hours for so small withdrawal is not a good experience for player.
Asked support and the answer is just a common default information "withdrawal usually in few minutes but in some cases may take few hours", I told her that mine was stuck for more than 6 hours but she did not give me any other answer.
I cancelled my withdrawal request due to my impatienty of waiting and lost it all eventually LOL. I hope dake.gg can do something better for withdrawal process if they do not want to lose players because of slow withdrawal process.
