Either Ten Hag is very beautifully telling them fairy tales that everything is about to work out, or the management has lost its mind, because it can't be otherwise, I don't understand how they keep him in office for such a long time. Winning the FA cup is only a small part of what they could have achieved and it was probably premature to be proud of it. I don't even believe in sacking him anymore
I'm just waiting and I want to see how they want to wait for Ten Hag to maybe see a better performance from this coach. He already had enough time in Manchester United and he bought a good player for this tam also he spent too much money there for any player he hired for Manchester United but in the end he couldn't get good results and other than getting bad results he also had a bad relationship with many players in this team and he made players loke Sancho leave. Maybe the sooner they hire another coach and get Ten Hag fired the better result they will get.
The fairy tales he tells in front of the press are not enough to treat the frustration of fans who see their favourite team playing like they don't have any vision on the pitch. Ever since Erik Ten Hag became United coach, we have never heard him apologise for any defeat either in front of the press or in front of United supporters. Is there any evidence that Erik Ten Hag apologised for the team poor performance? it doesn't seem to exist and indeed he wouldn't say that. Ten Hag always feels he is on the right track as a coach, always thinks he has given a great achievement under the pretext of 2 FA Cup trophies. That's all he always talks about to cover up his mistakes. So don't be surprised that Manchester United cannot be saved except by changing the coach.
Someone very influential in the Manchester United management board must have been backing Ten Hag up, as he is not feeling tensed up about his sack each season. Last season, when he was asked about his performance as Manchester United's head coach, he replied by saying that he had performed way better than some of the Premier League coaches; at least he has won 2 league titles since his arrival in 2022.
That's what I think is giving him the courage to believe that his stay in Manchester United will be prolonged as no other coach in Manchester United after the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson has won more trophies than him as he has won 1 FA Cup and 1 Europa League title. By so doing, he thinks he deserves more time to take Manchester United back to its former glory. Signing another coach doesn't make the situation look better than it is. That's always the thought of Ten Hag
