I never experienced such a big bonus and I guess you are wagering high enough to be able to reach that high amount. Most of the time I can only go as far as $1k wagered amount per day playing casino games, mostly originals.
About the KYC, Stake.com has been in the business for a long time and I never had a problem with them so mandatory KYC is also to protect their business especially after a big case happened that made one popular gambling site pay a high price for making a big mistake.
