I don't really know much about Ai helping out in the aspect of crypto currency but gambling is definitely impossible. There are no systems or logic that can be used to always be in profit especially in gambling. It's a business and a source of income to the designers or developers, if AI can be used against their advantage do you think they won't come up with ways to stop it or change their systems? There are people that really on bots to trade for them in crypto but in the long run they don't really end up in profit and also people use bots to predict football matches which isn't always reliable. Ai can you a little assistance but it won't give you a guaranteed profit.
Many AI bots are already in use these days and have had to undergo machine learning for them to understand the characters of their owners or users.
I don't think an AI not would bet on its own if it isn't given permission by the user or developer to perform a certain task at the right time. They are programmed and wouldn't do much more than they are instructed to.

The future is looking bright for AI integrations and bots in almost any sector that can have it tweaked to their specification, and in the area of trading cryptocurrency or for gambling purposes, I think the online gambling sites would have algorithms to detect AI style input, mostly if such a casino fully automated and have AI integrations too.
There must be rules to be followed so that AI don't take over a users account or device, but that fear is not substantial enough to not have AI being just a needed assistance both with simple tasks and with rising stocks having invested in AI stocks.
