Does anyone even request to know if this is your first account or not, you can imagine a newbie making such statement, this alone is enough evidence in showing that you're not a newbie genuinely, moreover having an alt account is not against the rule, but abusing the privilege is what attracts for sanction, you're already judging yourself before you're been arraigned, sometime we only have to be more reserved in speech.
