It looks like true so far. At least it has spreaded everywhere on the internet. To be honest, it makes sense at the same time. Because Manchester City was said to have broken the rules so many times while building this amazing squad. But they didn't get punished fairly. Maybe this is the time they are getting the punishment they deserve. I heard it was November in which this case would get active.
In that condition, Manchester City could get really heavy punishments. This could cause Pep to leave earlier too maybe.
