The casino has a list of restricted countries, and you can find them in their terms of service, but like a lit of us have been saying in the last few pages of this thread, they are expanding their list of accepted countries, and that will happen when they launch their new platform, which is in the works now, but sadly @Text's country isn't still on the list of countries that will be accommodated very soon.
