Nobody is going to do that to you if you had asked a question or introduced yourself when you firwt got registered since they understand that you are asking a relevant question people only complain about the newbies who got registered today and they start teaching other members when they are supposed to be learning. Feel free to have a good conversation with everyone but always do the right things and ask the right questions when necessary but avoiding repeating questions when there is an existing thread for it.
