Also even if this is implemented they will simply just continue with what they do. They will simply create the accounts and leave them lying there till the period they could be able to post so sadly I don’t see it been implemented.
in other ways they could create multiple accounts in advance of the time they'll be needing them for their use and that makes the suggestion of no accomplishment if implemented. Humans unlike common animals are very difficult creatures to contain, they will always find a way to do that which their mind is made up to do. So leaving it in the already existing pattern where moderators just do the needful on such posts is still the best way for now.
