Payment confirmed but 2 hours later still "processing" on the game (Kerbal Space Program).
Games that don't have a green "Instant Delivery" banner near the buy it now button are sent manually. If I'm unavailable when the order is placed this might take up to several hours. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
