I agree. Bayern Munich’s weaknesses have just been exposed by Bayern Leverkusen and Aston Villa and like I said before in another thread, other opponents will now have the courage to face Bayern Munich without much pressure. I hope Vincent Kompany is able to change this impression in the coming games either in the domestic league or in the Champions League tournament.
Bayern Munich may have falter while playing against those two teams but I don’t see them still not a team that can contend for the league title or the champions league. They may have faced some errors to have caused that which they ought to have by now rectified that. They should do better in their coming games in both competitions. I still have hope on Vincent Kompany to still make the the team do well in their games and be at the top.
I think Ten Hag was lucky against Porto because we saw Manchester United play with a weaker performance against Porto and, to be honest, I was expecting to see Porto win this match even with a better result but Manchester United didn't lose it and they got a 3-3 result.
The interesting thing about the game between Manchester United and Porto is about Harry Maguire. He scored the third goal for his team and saved his team in this match and he also saved Ten Hag from getting fired.
Was Ten Hag going to get fired if they had lost that match? I didn’t see such news and I was expecting a tough match which the match really turned out to be one. Eric Ten Hag still has a lot of time to spend with Manchester United because the team still trusts on his management and believes he will do better as the head coach of the team. FC Porto was not a small team neither was Manchester United, so the result of the match is fair in my opinion.
