I am honestly not sure if Hansi Flick will be able to hold onto the first position of the table for a long period of time. I still suspect that La Blaugrana is not going to be as consistent as they should be. At least not consistent enough for being the champion of La Liga. Actually expecting the new coach Flick to win the La Liga title is probably a little too much to ask. I am not saying that it is impossible. But what I am saying is looking at the circumstances and also the finances of Barça, it does look really hard.
Barcelona’s financial situations have nothing to do with the team’s performance as we have seen from the beginning of the season. Barcelona under Hensi Flick started very well and has just lost one match so far in the campaign, they are three points ahead of Real Madrid if they keep winning their games which I think they can because of their last game was a mistake because the coach underrated Osasuna in the beginning of the game.
Nevertheless, I am doubting Hensi Flick, and with the young squad he have in the Barcelona squad, I think if injuries didn’t affected them, they can try to win the Laliga title.

Also looking at the squad of Carlo Ancelotti, one cannot help but think that Los Blancos is going to be the La Liga winner. But I guess we have seen strange things happen in football. So even though I think The Catalan Giants have less chances to win the La Liga title, however the chance is never zero.
By the way, first half done, result:
Madrid 1 - 0 Villarreal

Yes, you are right, Real Madrid have good squad that can win title but they lack solid defenses. And I think their squad depth is not as good as expected especially defensive wise, but they can get all they want and can win the title if Barcelona fails along the line because with the way I am seeing this Barcelona squad, if injury will not disturb them, they can also defeat Madrid.
