Madrid starting eleven has been released, Mbappe and Vinicius lead the front line using a 4-1-2-1-2 formation, perhaps this is an experimental formation that Ancelotti wants to try, especially to stabilize the attack line by focusing on Mbappe and Vini so that Bellingham will be a shadow striker in the middle because the midfielders are handled by Modric and Valverde. This rotation should be effective because it provides a fuller left and right side without having to compete with Mbappe and Vini.
Though I do love it better when the trio (Rodrygo, Mbappe and Vinicius) are in the same game while Real Madrid game is relatively going well for them while Villarreal are still fighting, I hope Real madrid can add more goals early to kill their fighting spirit, with goal(s) from Mbappe while also expecting Rodrygo to be given a chance today and I hope he just be one hell of a super sun as often as before.
The question should probably be, should Ancelotti be experimenting with a fixture against a team that are seated below them(Real madrid) ?. If Villarreal eventually scores, hope Madrid knows that they will be in same point with Villarreal?(I'm not even sure of who will be sitting at the second position on GD). Though, I am not watching the game currently, but I will be joining soon(maybe at the 80th minute). The Mbappe, Vini and Rodrigo's combo is what I have enjoyed from their past few games. Maybe Ancelotti isn't really looking at the area where he needs to try new things. Well, let's see what the outcome will be in today's game, and hope they don't disappoint like what happened during the week.
