Again, Ancelotti has to worry about a series of injuries to his players. And this is also a very unfortunate thing. Really, for some reason Real Madrid is really unlucky to get more players injured this time.

Real Madrid returned to winning ways after successfully defeating their guests Villarreal through goals from Valverde and Vinicius. This victory came at a high price with Carvajal's injury, from a visual perspective it was certainly serious as he had to be stretchered off the pitch and is expected to be out until the end of the season as he will have to undergo surgery due to a torn knee ligament. After Rodri and Ter Stegen, now it's Carvajal turn to suffer the most disliked injury for players, namely the ACL.

Injury worries are some of the things you can't take away from players but what's devastating about it is when players are sidelined for a longer period. ACL is a nightmare of an injury to players because some even after recovering from it rarely perform at the top of their footballing strength again while to others it makes them very prone to injuries. When Dani Carvajal was carried off in Real Madrid's win against Villarreal, I couldn't hold back my emotions because of my love for the Real Madrid captain. Carlo Ancelotti will now have to make do with what he has at his disposal and I believe he can actually do that with his wealth of experience
