As we predicted, Barcelona won points by winning without conceding. As usual, Barca dominated the match for 90 minutes of normal time. Barca did their job very well, a quick goal scored by Lewandowski from Raphinha's assist in the 7th minute. Again, Raphina did her job very well, thanks to her Lewandowski was able to score his second goal. Not long after, ten minutes later Lewandowski again broke into the home team's goal. Thus, Lewa has now collected 10 goals. Until the first half ended, no more goals were scored. As a result, the match ended with a score of 3-0 for Barcelona. Thus, Barca again widened the points gap from the team below it. In the Alaves camp, the home team was unable to match Barcelona's style of play, they even had difficulty getting out of pressure. Naturally, Alaves is not an equal opponent for Barcelona. Well, a satisfying result for us.

The additional 3 points strengthen Barcelona position at the top of the standings, Alaves could not provide resistance that could trouble Barcelona. Hansi Flick squad looked very dominant in the match, with Lewandowski appearing impressive thanks to the hat-trick he scored today. This is the second victory after Barcelona last lost to Osasuna at the end of September, and I think they are back on track. In addition, Lewandowski currently leads the list of top scorers in La Liga with 10 goals, under Hansi Flick control, Lewandowski has found his sharpness again.

I see Barcelona performing satisfactorily in La Liga, the appointment of Hansi Flick as manager has given a significant boost to the team development. However, the challenges will be even tougher as the season progresses, Barcelona must be able to maintain this good performance to continue to lead the standings. Madrid will continue to try to press from below, which overall can be interpreted as a competition for trophies. Meanwhile, several injured players seem to be able to return to the squad after the international break, which is good news for Hansi Flick.

It was certainly an important win and it's even better that it went so solid for them. Also a good day for Lewandowksi, who I am still uncertain about. I don't know whether this was more a lucky day for him or whether he will be able to keep up that level for a longer period of time. But whatever it is, for the time being he proves to be valuable for the team.

And for Real Madrid it was of course a very important game as well. They now managed to set themselves apart from Villareal. Otherwise I am pretty sure that the first voices would have talked about a crisis. No goal for Mbappe again and he left the field early. I am sure everyone is still waiting for his performances to become much better.
