It is not easy to face the team coached by Xabi Alonso or the team coached by Unai Emery because they are both in their best form but that does not mean we can conclude that other clubs will dare to face Bayern Munich because this club is not as weak as you imagine, maybe Bayern Munich lost against Aston Villa and got a draw against Leverkusen but that is not something that will continue to happen when facing other clubs I am sure Vincent Kompany will soon correct his team's mistakes and will start the real match again.
I won’t even think of looking down on a team like Bayern Munich after how they started this season well and have recorded more wins than losses. It is just practical and something natural for teams to lose match and when you see the teams they’ve lost to, it’s also worth considering that there is nothing they were going to do about it and just have to let it be. They must have seen their mistakes and will make necessary corrections to the game when needed, hopefully in their next encounter in the domestic league of the champions league. Vincent Kompany’s Bayern Munich and Xabi Alonso’s Bayern Leverkusen are doing great individually as a manager, and I won’t look down on them when facing them in any of the league competitions.
In the domestic league of the Champions League? What is that?
Bayern Munich is having trouble to finish off their opponents. Now in the Bundesliga they have had the same problem again. 74% ball possession, 24:6 shots against Frankfurt and passing accuracy of 90% and yet they can't win the game. This has been a fundamental problem for them for quite a while. Same thing happened against Aston Villa. While they do usually score in less important games, they have two problems: No goals in the most important games and too many defensive sloppy mistakes. It costs them a lot at the moment, but they got lucky in the Bundesliga since Bayer Leverkusen dropped points, too.
Now in the Champions League a real test is waiting for them. Barcelona is going to be very tough to beat and it will be interesting to see the ball possession distribution as both teams love to play with the ball. But imagine Bayern loses that game, then they stand at two losses out of three games, which would be quite critical already and their first win against Dinamo Zagreb would be quite in vain for the time being.
